Kam Shek Manufactory Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based manufacturer with its production facilities in China. Our Company was incorporated in 1964. Over the past decades, Kam Shek has established itself as a reputable manufacturer producing quality toys.

Our main product lines include Road Racing Sets, Train Sets, B/O Ride-On Toys plus a wide range of Battery Operated, Friction Powered and Electronic Toys, etc. Our main markets are North and South America, Europe, Middle East and many other Asian countries.

In addition to manufacturing our own brand products, we have rich experience in managing the OEM projects. We have established excellent relationships with various OEM clients who are reputable toy manufacturers mainly in USA, Europe & Japan.

Our production plant in Donguan, China occupies an area of over 25,000 sq. m. It includes production area of 18,000 sq. m., storage area of 5,400 sq. m. and staff quarters which can accommodate 2,000 workers. The current work force is 1,300 people.

Our China Plant has been well equipped with professional staff, well-trained workers and advanced manufacturing facilities. It enables us to become a vertically integrated manufacturer with departments responsible for all stages of production including product design and development, mock-up & prototype, tooling, injection, surface decoration (spray painting, silk screening, pad printing), assembly and quality control.

As for the facilities, we employ CAD/CAM and machine centering in designing and making molds, we have over 50 plastic injection molding machines ranging from 2 oz. to 80 oz.

In Hong Kong, we have our own office and warehouse of more than 2,000 sq. m. which is responsible for administration, marketing, material sourcing and shipping.

We have set up stringent quality control system for monitoring both the production lines and finished products so as to assure our customers of top quality and uniformity of our products.

All of our products are conform to the International Safety Standard such as ASTM, EN71, EN50088 & EMC.
